Meng Lu is Vice President of Standards Activities at IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Society.

She works as an independent consultant in R&D and Innovation projects. Previously she is the Strategic Innovation Manager at the Dutch Institute of Advanced Logisitcs (NL) and Visiting Professor at the National Laboratory for Automotive Safety and Energy, Tsinghua University (CN).

Since 2005 she has been actively involved in R&D and innovation projects .

She received her doctorate from Lund University (SE) and a Master’s degree and engineering degree in NL and CN.
