Eduardo Veas is professor for Intelligent and Adaptive User Interfaces at Graz University of Technology. Previously, he was research manager of the Knowledge Visualization area of the Know-Center and research fellow of the Institute of Interactive Systems and Data Science in Graz. He has wide experience in designing non-conventional interfaces. He is a recipient of the 2018 SIGCHI SIGAI Intelligent User Interfaces Best paper Award.

His Keynote at the Fluid-HIS Symposium will focus on the performance assessment of race drivers using psychophysiological and behavioral metrics.
